Shipping Policy

We deliver to all addresses in Sri Lanka. A full postal address is required to arrange the delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Our staff work hard to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, but it could take a bit longer during promotions

Usually Delivery will happen within 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday) excluding any mercantile & public holidays.

Once we receive your order our staff and reliable outsourced courier services will work hard to deliver your package within the commitment period. Please note that it could take a bit longer during promotions and unforeseen circumstances including Weather and country fuel shortages.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday

We will send you an e-mail  when your order dispatch from our warehouse along with package tracking

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, invalid contact numbers

Orders will be packed and dispatched based on the availability of the items. In case a product is not available our representative will contact you to get confirmation to proceed further

Store Pick Ups and One day delivery service are not available and we only deliver as our standard procedure

Our courier partner will be contacting you prior to delivery to inform about the delivery

MISSING and DAMAGE ITEMS

Inform us at 0706560560 within the same day if any products are missing or damaged in the packages.

DELIVERY COST

(For  package volumetric weight – 1st Kg)

North and East  Rs.320

All other locations Rs.280

Orders with a weight above 1KG will be subjected to an additional delivery charge for each additional 1kg -Rs.90

Rs.50 will be added for Cash on Deliveries.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

CONTACT AMENDS

Delivery will be made only to the address and contact numbers stated on the order

If you wish to change it due to unavoidable circumstances request must be made to our hotline or send us a message to our Messenger/ Whatsapp

Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise we’ll always try our best to minimize this

We do not allow change of products at the time of delivery. However, You may change an order before the order is dispatched.

Somehow after 3 delivery attempts. your parcel will be returned to us

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order you have to contact us through our hotline or send us a message to our Messenger/ Whatsapp within 8 hours of period after placing the order

You may only cancel an order before it is dispatched
