Please bring the product within 21 days after receiving it to the nearest Thilakawardhana outlet along with the invoice and the price tags you received and the ordered item that you wish to exchange. The Exchange will be carried out based on the policies and options set out.

Our staff work hard to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, but it could take a bit longer during promotions.

Usually Delivery will happen within 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday) excluding any mercantile & public holidays.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

We will send you an e-mail when your order dispatch from our warehouse along with package tracking.
